There are strange things done in the midnight sun by the men who moil for gold. The Arctic trails have their secret tales that would make your blood run cold. Yes, I have most of his writings. Let me say this. I am a fan of his writings. I am certainly no Lovecraft expert. I leave that to people who are much darker than I am . Sincerely, Brendhan

off topic but did you see this new movie trailer http://www.apple.com/trailers/paramount/11808/its rumored to be a "Cthulhu" movie! Only reason I mention it because the picture you posted of him was used when people were talking about the possibilities of what this movie is about. Ontopic - what was original posters photo of? It isn't showing up on my PC either.

Sincerely, Brendhan Why not to people who have light and could tell you to read the book of love: the bible! Ha! The bible is so far from a book of love. Just the scriptures alone that espouse violence. Not to mention what has been done in the name of those who believe in the bible. At least the works of Lovecraft are entertaining. The comment about experts being darker then myself was a bit of tongue in check humor that would be appreciated by those who have also read and appreciate his writings. Sincerely, Brendhan

I think you need some bible lessons God is love, the creator of all (also the bees). There is no hell, or better the hell is on earth, cause the devil rules the world. A lot of churches killed in the name of god, but this churches are not churches of god. The devil use churches, too. I think you didn't read the bible, sure it is the book of love, read it again. There is written to love everybody like yourself, sure if you hate yourself like Lovecraft, you need to find the love in you first. I read about Lovecraft, and I prefer god, who is love, than an totally soul sick guy, who hates everybody and everything. He was just a poor crazy guy lost in the darkness of a lot of paranoias. At the end he had chosen the evil, instead the love. That's why he died!

If so, both are wrong!
I prefer to believe it is a faulty verbal construct, and that at least one might be right. If one is right, we will know soon enough. If the other is right, we will never know.
