Not new but I've been gone a long time.

Just thought I would reintroduce myself since I haven't been around in quite a while.
I have been keeping bees for 4 years now. This past winter I suffered my first loss of bees that wasn't my fault so I am down to one hive from three going into winter. That hive is doing really well and I am getting two packages this weekend to replace the two that I lost.
I live in Santa Cruz California. Last summer I started selling my honey at my work, I am a hair stylist. I sold pretty much all of my honey except for the small amount I kept for myself. That was exciting.

Welcome back!

I am adjusting to the new look and finding all the buttons. Is there still a population map somewhere that shows where everyone on the forums lives? It would be interesting to see how that has changed.
