It´s seem that there are only coming back bees at any hours, and we can´t see bees going out at work.

Well that's about right. The bees don't have anywhere to land so they crowd near the entrance waiting for an opening. Bees flying out are quick, they shoot right out of the hive.
I'm not fully familiar with your hive design but it seems to be a ledge sticking out form the entrance might help decrease the number of bees hovering outside. Maybe even a table of the right height.
