Hive in Apiarium
«
on:

These are all from
http://www.lamarabunta.org/viewtopic.php?t=4484
which I believe is a French forum mostly about ants. Here are some of this person's Bee setups. It's a shame his camera isn't that good. I would love to have a giant Hive sitting right in a big terrarium in some corner somewhere, but I wonder how he cleans it.

Mici: I'll change it right away.
abejaruco: I can't read French either way but assuming they don't import or sell nonnative species I'm sure I'd like it.

no need, i JUST think it would be more appropriate, although hmmm what would be appropriate
in AQUArium we keep water, inhabitants are fish or turtles
in TERRArium we keep soil inhabitants are..terrestrials
in...LOL WAXarrium
ah well, i really don't know but Apiarum sounds better, considering bees are airborne so terrarium isn't the best name.

Sorry. The Portugues have confussed me. The nice photos that you have linked are from Portugal.
I can read that he has built a museo with anthills, bumble bees, apis mellifera and stingless bees. He has studing the ants during 9 years to build an anthill.
That´s ant passion.
On th other hand, you can translate the page using the babel fish translator that you can find in altavista.com. Translate from spanish to english. Perhpas can help you to visit that interesting web.
