Yeah, I did. I can't find the original link. I didn't remember the car but I remember the house that the mother daughter lived in. The patio was covered in a hornets nest. Sincerely, Brendhan

Sorry, I forgot to include the article. popsci.com/popsci/photogallery/54647d505244c010vgnvcm1000004eecbccdrcrd/5.htmlIt is a hornets nest and while hornets nests usually have only one queen, these nests can have a hundreds of queens.

Wow!!! I have never seen something so astounding. I love the way the hornets make the nest in kind of scallopped wavey texture. Best of a beautiful day. Cindi

There are strange things done in the midnight sun by the men who moil for gold. The Arctic trails have their secret tales that would make your blood run cold. The Northern Lights have seen queer sights, but the queerest they ever did see, what the night on the marge of Lake Lebarge, I cremated Sam McGee. Robert Service

A friend sent me this picture last year with the article. He claims that this state has been decommissioning old cold war nukes into fuel. Does anyone know anything about this? Seems an odd coincidence....

or! Maybe its getting just warm enough for the wasps to overwinter longer, making queens a little more relaxed with multiple queens, maybe that has been possible before, but its starting to pass through the gene pool a little more?
Its only happening in southern states, right?

Yeah...I hope your right. Of course mutations do occur around nuke power plants or accidents... That picture gives me goosebumps. My friend likes to spook me with weird science articles. Some things I just don't want to know/see.
