darn it is just not a good day for greedy polluting corporations that feel they can do whatever they want.

Environmental Defense, et al. v. Duke Energy

Basic run down. Duke did a lot of remodeling to their power plants. They didn't pull permits and thought they could make changes to their power plants without meeting the new clean air requirements. SCOTUS basically said no way. You do a bunch of work you have to make the improvements.

Sorry, I am still reading the rulling which is also 24 pages.
