Here are some photos I found online. I don’t know who it is but they are some lucky people.
A few more feet and they would have been over the edge.
A few more feet and they could have ran into the culvert.
Then they could have fallen in this hole

If they were really lucky, they would never have gotten that close to the hole.
All in all, a much better turn out than it could have been.

What I read about that is that the truck went through the barrier where you see it crumpled to the right and actually flipped over the culvert before coming to rest there.
