Josh:

Certain file types (like .exe, mp3, wav and others I have restricted to Global Mods and above. The main reason is to keep content to images and text and links here.

You can upload a sound file to a free web hosting site - then post a link to the song, that surely would work. Limewires Peer to peer system rarely has the same content accessible at all times, so it wouldn't help linking to there anyways, just too much go and come traffic there.
