Since we are splitting hairs, please be advised that I am a citizen of the State of Wahington and a United States national.  The United States is a collection of Governments joined together for a common purpose.  That is why, constitutionally, States Rights triumphs Federal Jurisdiction.  Please note the wording.

at least that's the way it's supposed to work.....
