Pretty skies

5:30 A.M.
I looked outside at the skies, as is a very usual thing for me, I am a weather watcher.

At 4:30 A.M. not a cloud in the sky, cold, -10 celsius.  Now one hour later, here comes the typical cloud formation.  I see this many times throughout the past years.  It is a wide band of cloud, that extends from the southern sky to the northern sky, all the way.  The crescent moon is shining low in the southern hemisphere, shedding an eerie light across my yard.  Pretty, the stars shining, the moon glowing, the band of cloud illuminated from the moon. 

I am grateful for my vision, I keep a grateful journal, and this is one of my most noted feelings of gratitude. Great day to all.  Cindi
