Holy mackarel!!! What about those AHB. I read/heard somewhere, sometime, can't remember, that the AHB would probably never make it as far as Canada because of the inability to survive cold winters. But gotta wonder for sure, with the mixing of the races. Eeeks!!! Too bad way back in 67 or whenever it was that the AHB did not escape from captivity. There wouldn't be the problems that there are now.
BUT, on the other hand, it sounds like these bees are managed in other parts of the country. I wish that I could understand more about the dynamics of this race of bees. Interesting stuff, maybe on my quest for knowledge I will understand ALL (LOL). Greatest of days. Cindi
