It is amazing how low the IQs get once you have crossed that border south of Georgia.

Wow, does that mean that they believe that bees are more of a danger than alligators?

Alligators are not perceived as a problem to the human population in Florida.
they tend to want to eat small dogs and cats. Basically livestock is also in the diet. The problem is when you have a gated community with $400,000 homes with a man made lake in the middle. The gator moves in and then the humans think it's cute when it's small they feed it and as it gets bigger it has no fear of humans or their dogs.
So later there is this 8 foot gator sunning itself next the flag of the 14th hole of their golf course someone has a bad slice and the their golf ball ends up near the gator. The golfer determined not to take the stroke penalty decides he will play the shot. The problem is the gator has no fear of him and believes he has food. So the gator chases him and scares the crap out of him. The trapper gets called. The gator gets caught and killed.
The difference with the bees is that the people are scared of the bees no matter what and the news media screams Africanized bees everytime someone gets stung or finds a bee. It really sucks. I think the bees probably get a worse rap than the gators do. However the gators in the wild that don't have a lot of human contact tend to run away from humans, bees don't run away.
Sincerely,
Brendhan
