On ebay -

Thermostat,Remote Bulb
Remote Bulb Thermostat, Contact Current Rating Resistive @ 120VAC 25 Amps, Contact Current Rating Resistive @ 240VAC 25 Amps, Inductive Rating @ 120 VAC 16 Amps, Inductive Rating @ 240 VAC 12 Amps, Differential 5 Degrees Fahrenheit, Switch Action SPDT, Temperature Range 0 to 120 Degrees Fahrenheit, Application Heating/Cooling, Bulb Length 4 1/8 Inches, Bulb Depth 5/16 Inches, Capillary Length 5 Feet, Height 7 Inches, Width 3 1/2 Inches, Depth 3 Inches, Dustproof

I used this thermostat when I built my my honey oven to gently warm crystallized or sugared honey. I made a box out insulation-board and used a light bulb as a heat source with a small fan to circulate the air. This thermostat uses a remote bulb and will turn the light and fan off and on to maintain 110 to 120 degrees. A 5 gallon pail of crystallized honey will liquefy in about 24 hours. The original wiring diagram is included.

A wafer thermostat will do the same thing.  They are available at most repile stores, or and fowl incubator store.
