...The City Council on Monday adopted an ordinance aimed at Brown that requires beekeepers to live on a quarter acre, keep hives at least 60 feet from adjacent lots and maintain adequate water sources....

Hmm, I have over a quarter acre, but it is only 60 feet wide (by 300 deep.)   Good thing I don't live there.
