Did he indicate whether the 2nd civil war was before or after WWIII?  LOL

According to this guy, the Civil War ends when the US is nuked by another country. I find it interesting that he claims the war will be between the cities and the country folks. Sort of a blue states against the red states type of thing.
  It would make a good work of fiction for a book.

Hey, if we have another major disaster or maybe I should say multiple disasters at the same time--you will see city folk coming for the country for get to find something to eat.  You might be forced to guard your garden with a shotgun.
