Hi All
I'm looking at methods to control Varroa in my colonies this year and Oxalic Acid is one of them. From what I have read here this seems to be very effective in many countries, but I am concerned about when to treat in the UK.
Our winters have been warmer recently and it is likely that the bees will not be broodless at any point during the year.
Will using Oxalic Acid cause problems if the bees have brood?
Best time to treat (signs of rather than a date!)?
What do you recommend as a dosage level?
Does temperature have an effect on efficacy?[/list:u]
