The calf i bought last year and raised to butcher was named T-Bone.. I don't know whether to be happy, offended or hungry... We had 2 pigs named bacon and pork chop. |

As this is our first calf born here, we will probably just sell him when he gets grown....
BTW - We had a few steaks on the grill last night from 'ol T-bone....
He sure was a fine fellow...

although she remained small, she gave quite an ammount of meat (small but VERY bulky) |
