Hello and HELP!!
I have some nice photos that I would love to share with you, but I can't get an image posted for some reason. I click on the Img tab, and the letters appear in the box.... then what do I do.

Rusty.... Can't wait to see the images, I must admit that photos are a big favorite of mine. It is really interesting to see hives in other countries - the most unique I've seen were LOG-HIVES carved out of cut down trees and laid horizontally. They are here in the archives, I'll find a link and post them, I know you'll get a kick out of them!!! here are a few neat ones http://www.beemaster.com/beebbs/viewtopic.php?p=4241&highlight=#4241

Hi! As Robo said, you put the path to the picture between the img-tags. But to do this, your pictures must be available on the internet at some address already. If you don't have a home page of your own where you can put pictures, you can use one of the picture storage services on the net. Before we got our own place on the net, my wife used to put her pictures at http://imageshack.us/When you have put your picture there, and got an address for it, you can place the address between the img-tags as Robo showed you, and it will appear in the post. Good luck eivindm

Probably not. If you need to enter a username/password to find your image (i.e. if your picture is within a mail), you will not be able to share this url with us. But if the image is somewhere in a public place within hotmail (haven't used hotmail since before 1998 so I don't know much about the service but I have't heard about this possibility) it will work. I still think that http://imageshack.us is the easies way to deal with this.

if the images are on your email, chances are you will have to download them to your computer, then join a picture gallery like the one I use http://www.imagestation.com/ then upload the images to that place and use the address of the picture once it on that site between

rusty, when you sign on to a photo site, and you have downloaded the pic's to your computer, remember where the photo's are on your PC (FOLDER), then when you get a account on a photo site, it will have a button the says >>upload<<, when you click that button it will show your computer files and folders then you just choose the file or folder with the pic's and then choose the pic you want to upload, then click upload again and the pic will be on that site, then you right click on photo once its on a photo site then click properties and it will show the address, highlight the address, click copy, then to post the picture here on this site type between those img's right click again and choose paste and the address will appear, it sounds hard but it really isn't . example: to make a pic I type now right click on the photo above and choose properties and you will see the address (URL), highlight the address and then right click on the highlight address and click copy then just paste it between and see if you can make the photo show on here..... sorry, but thats the way i do it and hope this helps you!!!

If you have your pictures on photobucket; http://photobucket.com/there is three options under the picture. One of the options is labeled "img:" you left click it to highlight it and right click and copy. Then you come here right click and paste, and you get this;

If you want to see how easy that is, go to the photobucket sight I have listed below. You can get to my pictures and use them for practice if you'd like.
