Looking for small barn plans

Guess the key word should have been Free plans.

Would like to build a small barn with enough room on the lower level for a tractor and 4 wheeler, but have a loft large enough to use as a weekend retreat.  Thinking maybe 24 x 36 ?  

Know of any web sites or good books on how to build a low cost pole barn to meet those requirements.
