T-beek, he's extending an olive branch. He's saying the war can end if all are willing. Accept it and let's get back to normal bantering, and not let it get out of hand again.  Let's face it, we can all be a$$es at times. The smart ones can put it in the past and move on. So, let's do it, calm our rhetoric, and have fun.

With Age comes wisdom... or senility, lucky for us (and him) IDDEE is still sharp as a bowling ball - I mean razor  grin

His point is perfectly stated, we all have our 15 minutes in the straight-jacket, where we are off the rails and somehow, we are the only ones to not see it.

I had to be banned once, it was for a week and I deserved it. In reflection, I know that I had taken things too far and needed a time-out.

To T-Beek, you initiation into the A-hole club is complete. You have humbled yourself, that is all anyone wanted to see. I believe you were sincere and NO ONE HERE was doing any more to you than what others have had done to them when a member needed a touch of intervention.

You likely still don't understand why this came about, so I refer you to the movie THE GAME with Michael Douglas and Sean Penn - sometimes, wittingly or not, you find yourself in a room full of people who's only goal is to help. Methods may vary, but not just you, but all of us are better for it.

speaking only for myself, i didn't feel tag teamed.  i did think there was some provoking to a fight, going on.... Wink  but hey, i have probably been guilty of that also, so it's all good with me.

.....The greatest changes occur in their country without their cooperation. They are not even aware of precisely what has taken place. They suspect it; they have heard of the event by chance. More than that, they are unconcerned with the fortunes of their village, the safety of their streets, the fate of their church and its vestry. They think that such things have nothing to do with them, that they belong to a powerful stranger called “the government.” They enjoy these goods as tenants, without a sense of ownership, and never give a thought to how they might be improved.....

The Ladies could still teach the Borg a thing or two!....and maybe us too, so long as we don't go too far to the left or right and fall off the edge...
