May be a repeat, but worth it.

Letterman's Top 10 Reasons to Vote Democrat
1. I voted Democrat because I love the fact that I can now marry whatever I want. I’ve decided to marry my German Shepherd.
2. I voted Democrat because I believe oil companys' profits of 4% on a gallon of gas are obscene, but the government taxing the same gallon of gas at 15% isn’t.
3. I voted Democrat because I believe the government will do a better job of spending the money I earn than I would.
4. I voted Democrat because Freedom of Speech is fine as long as nobody is offended by it.
5. I voted Democrat because I'm way too irresponsible to own a gun, and I know that my local police are all I need to protect me from murderers and thieves. I am also thankful that we have a 911 service that get police to your home in order to identify your body after a home invasion.
6. I voted Democrat because I'm not concerned about millions of babies being aborted so long as we keep all death row inmates alive and comfy.
7. I voted Democrat because I think illegal aliens have a right to free health care, education, and Social Security benefits, and we should take away the social security from those who paid into it.
8. I voted Democrat because I believe that businesses should not be allowed to make profits for themselves. They need to break even and give the rest away to the government for redistribution as the Democrats see fit.
9. I voted Democrat because I believe liberal judges need to rewrite the Constitution every few days to suit some fringe kooks who would never get their agendas past the voters.
10. I voted Democrat because I think that it's better to pay billions for oil to people who hate us, but not drill our own because it might upset some endangered beetle, gopher or fish.

Oh my! Now that's the way to begin the day, a post, a conversation    So engaging, so filled with factual  :-D data……..  so sad…… :'(

And that all came from Letterman, huh?

Why is it so easy for some (on both sides) to put all those people 'we love to hate' into 'one big box' or category?  Oh, I think I just answered my own question.

Because its EASY  …..I'm afraid the joke is on you this time iddee…..….sorry brother………...its not nearly as simple as you like to assume.  Not even close.

It is the 'them vs us' mentality that is destroying this Country, thanks for doing your small part……. :'(

I've got 6 cases of home brew, 2 Chinook Ales, 2 EPA's and 2 American IPA's.  Plus two five gallon car boys fermenting right now.  One is a porter, should be done by Christmas, the other is an Imperial, or double IPA and won't be ready until end of February.

Winter is for brewing…at least for me  :)

LOL.  Responsible?  Did you read this one?  97 year old war veteran shots and kills his 30 year old granddaughter because he was “tired of her carrying on”.  His attorney described the man as a “very nice gentleman”.

Local elderly man here shot his wife because she was late getting the mail!

A world war2 veteran, who might have been through more he77 than you or I can imagine, then with the problems associated with old age?

That's the best example you can find?

If I can find 100 cases of "likely" much more competent people who have murdered with a car, will you agree that we need to ban all automobiles?

Beetle, gopher, OR fish.

Snail darter ring a bell?

And that probably explains a lot of this ridiculous conversation.  :-D:evil:

One (or two) home-brews a day keeps this ol' boy happy, relatively speaking  :)
