Just wondering if BlueBee or any of the other Liberal beeks have signed on to Obama Care yet and how much they are saving on their Ins. policy. I would like to hear some Obama Care witnesses.   And while I'm on the socialism subject did you see where Obama has spent 3.7 Trillion dollars on welfare since he was crowned in 2009.

Something else that goes along with the socialism subject. From Grassroots Action Alert website.
Ads like this one, from Atlanta, are appearing all over the Craigslist website:

"I don't need to sell. If you would like to get an extra $150 to $175 in grocery and pay no taxes and can see the benefit that you will still be saving then email me or call me and we can arrange the whole deal as soon as you like."

And this one from Philadelphia:

"If you need food. This is not a gimmick or game. Please let me know, I have food stamps for sale. Serious replies only!!!"

Since taking office, Barack Obama has become the "Food Stamp President," overseeing an "explosive" increase in SNAP. Every day an additional 13,000 enroll in the program -- including illegal aliens. Overall, the hand-out program has grown by more than 70 percent -- surpassing $74 billion annually and doubling the cost to taxpayers!

Was informed my health insurance will rise by 20%. I just want to personally thank the people that voted for obama that's 2400.00 a year that I had no use for thanks for finding me somewhere to spend it. The only good news from all this was watching the looks on the faces of all the people that voted for obama when they were told their policies are increasing. That's right folks Chicago Jesus lied to y'all. Nice to see the light go on in their heads when they realize that they are those evil rich people the king speaks of.

Idiots

Keith; How much did your deductible go up?

A couple years ago we were trying to stop using the military base for our healthcare. The dr's around here that were any good weren't taking Tricare and the only the ones with funny names and empty parking spaces were. As we learned more about Obama care we decided that it may be the best thing if we kept using the base. It seems to have been a good decision.

This scam is not intended to work.  It is only the first stage meant to be unpalatable so that full blown socialized medicine is seen as the only option.  These people are not about making lives better.  They are about controlling lives and rewarding friends.

Vance, that's one of the reasons it will be so very imporant for them to get Hillary or something very close, into office the next time.  everyone should go back and look at Hillary care.  it would have been a nightmare for our medical system...worse, if possible, than what we have now.

I think he misspoke when he said, under my plan "electricity" rates would necessarily skyrocket.

Think he meant "insurance"

We left it the same. With a newborn in the house we figured we should leave it low for a year

And here is another thought I have. Say tomorrow Washington comes to its senses and they punt obamacare back to where ever it came from. Do you think the insurance companies will drop the rates back to pre stupid law levels?  No I think even if the law is repealed the rates are here to stay

Keith, i think you are right unless there is a detailed plan to take it's place.  there have been plans done, but rejected by the left.  we do know how to fix this, but it will take a real set of balls to get it done.

neither the insurance companies, nor the entitlement crowd will be happy with the fix.  it will require some personal responsibility and a change in the way we think about insurance.

mark steyn makes the point that we are the only people who expect medical insurance as a condition of employment.  that single fact has skewed the cost of care and insurance so much that the free market cure we need will be a bit shocking for some people.

I think you're right. Obamacare isn't just a trainwreck, it was DESIGNED to be a  trainwreck. Same idea as with 'Fast and Furious', they created a problem so that they could be the solution. Setting the castle on fire so they can rescue the princess.

where they are very successful is in getting new medicaid folks signed up.  between this and the food stamp expansions, we are seeing Cloward and Pivin...the first steps, in textbook execution.

I haven't signed up for Obamacare, but I've visited other healthcare-related websites, like "WebM-Double-DD's".

If you like your Insurance Policy you can keep it.
If you like your Doctor you can keep him/her.

If you like your gun you can keep it.
If you like your privacy you can keep it.
If you like your Mutual Funds you can keep them.
If you like your SUV you can keep it.
If you like your SS you can keep some of it.
If you like your Medicare you can keep some of it too.
If you get an inheritance you can keep it.
If you like your light bulbs you can keep them too.
If you like to pray you will be able to.
If you want to celebrate Christmas you can do that.

All these freedoms are not gone yet. But if Obama and the left say we will be able to keep them you better watch out.

pay the fine.  or...apply for medicaid which seems to have been the intent in the first place, along with destroying any insurance options.

we now have de facto government funded health care of the European style with the explosion of medicaid recipients signing up.  we are creating the same two tiered system that they have in many European countries.  if you are wealthy enough, you pay for your own care and insurance so that you can stay out of the sub-standard state run health care.
all that's missing is that at the moment, the states are in charge of medicaid.  this will change when the feds withdraw the temporary funding for the expansion and the states are left holding the bag.  they will beg for the feds to take it over.  one of the many reasons that so many governors didn't want to expand medicaid in their states.  the funding is temporary.

Canada has the only true single payer state wide health care in the 1st world countries....their people come here when they can afford to stay out of the Canadian system.

The state of Alabama has rejected the temporary federal monies associated with communist care. The politicians have enough sense here to see three years down the road.

Another great thing we have going here is our constitution. "We the People" have a lot to do with the taxing authority. It worked great until a few years ago. Then they started hitting property owners with "mandatory" 911 charges and other bs.
