Changeable temperatures
« on: November 19, 2013, 10:04:40 PM »
I needed a bee sighting so I went to one of my yards that is really sheltered in a cattle corral.  It wasn't 50 but the bees were flying and robbing out the stack of miller feeders I had taken off.  Took a peak in one hive and they were not impressed and explained to me that a hasty retreat would be in my best interest.  I got back home and things changed.  The temperature at the weather station dropped 23 degrees in two minutes and thirty in 4 minutes.  When my wife poked me out on the deck to grill supper it was 13 degree!  If you don't like the weather here, you just need to wait a little while and it will change.

Wow! You can keep that kind of change up there, Vance!
