Police in Detroit announced the discovery of an arms cache of 200 semi-automatic rifles with 25,000 rounds of ammunition, 200 pounds of heroin, 5 million in forged US banknotes and 25 trafficked Latino prostitutes -- all in a semi-detached house behind the Public Library on Woodward Ave.

Local residents were stunned, and a community spokesman said: "We're all shocked; we never knew we had a library."

American blood spilled to protect the freedom and peace of people all over the world.  320,000 USA casualties in WWI, 1,076,000 USA casualties in WWII, 128,000 USA casualties in the Korean War, 211,000 casualties in the Vietnam "conflict", 57,000 USA casualties in "War on Terror".  Benghazi, Libya, 13 USA casualties. These figures don't include 70,000 MIA.  But, the leaders of one political party of the United States of America continue to make the statement..."What difference does it make?".

"We can't expect the American People to jump from Capitalism to Communism, but we can assist their elected leaders in giving them small doses of Socialism, until they awaken one day to find that they have Communism."..."The press is our chief ideological weapon." - Nikita Khrushchev

Bury the dope (don’t pollute the air by burning it)

Give the money to the local food banks.

Send the illegal’s back to California. grin

As a famous book once said “beat their swords into plowshares”.  Melt down the guns and turn them into plows (or disc harrows).

Go visit Detroit, Pontiac, Flint, or Saginaw and you'll see what Reaganomics does to America.  These were once shiny cities on the hill.  We're just the canary in the coal mine here.

""5 million in forged US banknotes""

That's the way, bluebee. Give the money to the homeless. They will feed them better in prison for passing counterfeit money. Then we won't have to have them roaming the streets.

GREAT IDEA, BB

Except for the heroin, prostitutes and forged notes it could be any old house on the predominantly conservative western side on of MI.  Also western MI has very few areas as discribed in this article.    By the way blueboy what would the food bank do with 5,000,000.00 in forged bills?  Maybe buy fake food?

Reaganomics - Are you serious?  Have you considered that it might have been the unions?

Mulesil, you haven't been here long enough to know, but Bluebee is never serious. He just posts what will cause a reaction and sits back and laughs.

Look at the following image closely Blue, do you recognize it?

It is an image of the abandoned Packard Automobile factory in Detroit City.  This factory has been closed and abandoned since 1958.  This a whole 27 years before Ronny Reagan was sworn into office.  However it was the same year that a strike by the steel workers union forced almost ever auto Assembly line in America to close because of a lack of parts.  Packard was only on of these plants that closed because among other reasons they didn't produce enough autos to adsorb the cost of their union contracts not to mention what the extreme hike in steel prices did to their bottom line.

You need to tighten up Blue.  If you continue to post untrue things I will be forced to bill you for correcting them.  Have a good day buddy.
