No, No, No! This is not about those taking a three dollar hive tool and charging 9 dollars shipping. Or buying the three dollar hive tool and reselling it for 9 dollars for neebee that know no better. You can see that all day long on Ebay.

But what about a buyer taking a couple dollar item, then after having a "buying history", raising the price by 500%. Making it seem that their item is much more valuable then it could ever be?

If you check out his revision history for the item listed, he changed the item a total of 10 times. Eight times on price alone.
