"COLVIN" Don't use moth balls, use PARA-MOTH. You can purchase it from most bee supply co. Brushy mountain bee farm sells it. If you want, this is their tx # 1-800-233-7929 ask them for a catalog It also tells how to use para-moth. cef

I would use nothing but freezing, or Certan (see link refered to above), but if you really WANT to use something, DON'T buy regular moth balls. Make sure that the active ingredient is Paradichlorobenzene. Some of them are. But many are Naphalene and that is bad (illegal, unapproved, unhealthy for the bees, unhealthy for people, etc. etc. etc.)
