bees dead

went to check on my bees and found them dead, my question is why is honey dripping down through the frames and now what do i do that they are dead

When I see honey dripping I worry about beetles, but not this time of the year.  Mice and robber bees may be causing the dripping honey.   Check that first.   Then you can save the frames for next spring.   I have 3 deadouts from this week on my back porch right now ready to go to the freezer.  Great head start for spring bees.   I let the honey get robbed out first, but you can save the honey frames for yourself or for new bees in the spring.

empty hive, inspect, take pics, any dead B's ? ,examine, eat capped honey, save other for feed, save old brood comb for bait hive, melt rest for new foundation or candles.

Is this the hive with the weasel?  Something has mechanically broken the wax cappings.  Maybe the weasel or the varmint they feed on?
