All this week in Harrisburg,PA http://www.farmshow.state.pa.us/It showcases PA agriculture products and industry. The group of pictures I sent via the Tapatalk app for ipod. They have excellent wifi coverage available throughout the buildings at the Farm Show which is awesome for people not wanting to use up data on their wireless plans. And it did not seem to lag at all.

Thanks for the pictures. They depict a great American tradition. I just love farm shows and farmer's markets. It's so rural Americana. Thanks again for the pictures.

Hey, those are my bees! Was up for a few hours this evening. So many people that have so many good questions about bees...At times there were 4 of us talking to four different groups and (unlike my wife ) all wanted to know more about our bees. Always a Great time tending the Learning Center and meeting some of the most interesting people. Always seem to learn something new from them while they are learning about the bees. Jim

Here is a picture of the PSBA Learning Center display with an Ulster Observation hive on either side of an Atrium build for us as an Eagle Scout's Project. Second year for the atrium (we used to use an aquarium). First year using the Ulster hives....don't seem to work as well as the the 2 frame observation hives, but the marked queens have been easily found by children and adults.

Yes, we made it today. Thank you for asking. Got some chocolate/cherry wine, several bottles of mustard, artisan cheese, unique spices, and other items. Mostly checked out the um....er......ladies walking around. I got to chat with many beekeepers I have not seen in a awhile. Seems many have lost hives this year. Many in late fall early winter.
