Not for many people, but you BBC Brittish humor, this film is a very good political comedy. It simply follows underlings of the Brittish Prime Minister, getting caught up in the internations early days of the THREAT of war against Iraq - knowing that the US is likely to go to war and England surely better be there from day one.

Interesting film, funny (albeit a bit rough on dialect some times for us State-siders) it has plenty of rememberable one liners to keep your coworker entertained for weeks - if you get  chance to use them.
