It could be compared to you eating green apples, then taking a tablespoon of castor oil and a dose of salts.

Do I know/ NO I have been told it is the carmelization of the sugar. Whatever it is, it gives them dysentery very badly.

I do not know about anyone but I do and do not ask me ask now I know this
and YES it is carmelization of the sugar or over heat the sugar water.
