store bought royal jelly

just  a quick one, i amy thinking of growing some queen cells (in the plastic ones) and understand that the cells need some 'royal jelly' some people i have talked to have said that you can get royal jelly from health food shops, but is this as good as the stuff from the queen cells in the hive.

No need to, the nurse bees will produce it.
I've never bought royal jelly, but would suspect that it would be dried or processed in some way to preserve it, and no longer suitable for bees.

Also google cloake board for a simplified version of cell finishing and jenter kit for no graft queen rearing.
