Here's an email I received today.

"According to this report, Obama on October 27th ordered the immediate removal of Rear Admiral Charles M. Gaouette from his command of the powerful Carrier Strike Group Three (CSG-3) currently located in the Middle East.
CSG-3 is one of five US Navy carrier strike groups currently assigned to the US Pacific Fleet. US Navy carrier strike groups are employed in a variety of roles, which involve gaining and maintaining sea control and projecting power ashore, as well as projecting naval airpower ashore.

The aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN-74) is the strike group’s current flagship, and as of 2012, other units assigned to Carrier Strike Group Three include Carrier Air Wing Nine; the guided-missile cruisers USS Mobile Bay (CG-53) and USS Antietam (CG-54); and the ships of Destroyer Squadron 21, the guided-missile destroyers USS Wayne E. Meyer (DDG-108), USS Dewey (DDG-105), USS Kidd (DDG-100), and USS Milius (DDG-69).
US news reports on Obama’s unprecedented firing of a powerful US Navy Commander during wartime state that Admiral Gaouette’s removal was for   “allegations of inappropriate leadership judgment” that arose during the strike group’s deployment to the Middle East.

This GRU report, however, states that Admiral Gaouette’s firing by President Obama was due to this strike force commander disobeying orders when he ordered his forces on 11 September to “assist and provide intelligence for” American military forces ordered into action by US Army General Carter Ham, who was then the commander of the United States Africa Command (AFRICOM), against terrorist forces attacking the American Consulate in Benghazi, Libya.

General Ham had been in command of the initial 2011 US-NATO military intervention in Libya who, like Admiral Gaouette, was fired by Obama. And as we can, in part, read from US military insider accounts of this growing internal conflict between the White House and US Military leaders:
“The information I heard today was that General [Carter] Ham as head of Africom received the same e-mails the White House received requesting help/support as the attack was taking place. General Ham immediately had a rapid response unit ready and communicated to the Pentagon that he had a unit ready.

General Ham then received the order to stand down. His response was to screw it, he was going to help anyhow. Within 30 seconds to a minute after making the move to respond, his second in command apprehended General Ham and told him that he was now relieved of his command.”

Here's a headline on each of the Commanders.

the story of the admiral is not getting out much.  the story of general ham has been out there for a few days.  there is no way to know exactly what happened...yet, but bringing the admiral home is far more shocking and should have grabbed more attention than ham being replaced.  it should have set of some immediate alarm bells!

the way this is going, i don't think either men will stay quiet for long.  when this is all said and done, i'm betting it's going to be a mess beyond anything so far in my lifetime.

There are many in the military who will not stay quiet. New info. is coming out every day. I was around during Watergate. Things unfolded in the same manner, however we did not have a press protecting the president. If Obama is reelected, his administration faces turmoil. Backstabbing. People taking the fall. It could all lead to impeachment.

you already have a bunch of ex military and spook types speaking out against him.  i don't remember that ever happening in an organized way.  i know that the military is very unhappy with him and that they feel he is not to be trusted.  as inept as we might have thought carter and clinton where, i don't remember anyone thinking that we couldn't trust them not to intentionally throw us under the bus.

i don't think (knock on wood) he'll stay in office, but i agree with Fox Creek that if he is re-elected his second term will be very messy...for lots of reasons.  don't see impeachment coming unless we find out more bad stuff than we now know, but i do think it will be a nasty and disastrous 4 years.

we also have to wonder if the threats of riots, etc. will come true when he loses.  Wednesday morning could be interesting.

Watergate was little more than a second rate burglary. I always thought of it as a stupid "college like" prank, Pulled by G. Gordon Litty. (read his book years ago and found it very interesting). Although Nixon was unaware of the crime, he tried to protect his guys and paid the price. As I recall, it was republicans who went to the Whitehouse and told Nixon he had to go.
Now take Benghazi. Four Americans are dead. Many believe due to Obama's policies. Obama's reaction has been strange. Definitely deceitful. The problem is Obama is protected by the press and don't think for a minute you will see democrates telling him he has to go. Is it possible, if enough bad things come out and the press smell blood in the water, will they finally turn on him?
Also, I agree Wednesday will be very interesting. It is my opinion Obama follows Alinsky's tenants closely.

Please!  Where do you get this rubbish?  Fox "News".  If Romney wins, the Dems are adults and will take it in stride; Romney is a liberal after all.  Probably more so than Obama.

Now on the OTHER hand WHEN Obama wins, you will see the Conservatives go back to their obstructionism and dreaming up new conspiracy theories as they act like little kids who can't take loosing.  My prediction  grin

First off, I have to say, when I see a poster use, "Fox News"! In this way, I smile and  I know I can stop reading. It should never be about  the source, It should be about your curiosity of the truth. There are now many sources uncovering this scandal.

i have gotten my info from their own tweets, posts, and other comments.  you may look them up for yourself.  you might try that before your usual knee jerk posts.  the nursing home ad was also a clue although i doubt that old biddy could strike a match.

Nixon broke faith by lying directly to the American people.  not the first time that had happened, but the first time people got to watch the whole thing play out on TV and be looked at and lied to.

Clinton did the same thing + committed a couple of felonies.  seems the American people didn't really care.

It's unlikely that Obama has broken any laws with Benghazi.  we already know his international policies are crap.  he has certainly broken faith with the diplomatic corps, the military, the CIA, and who knows who else, but if we didn't care with past presidents, why would we care now?

if obama is reelected, he'll shrug this off and continue...without having to worry about reelection, his policies designed to put us in our place.  we will have been fortunate to have lived though some of the best days of our country, and we can tell our grandkids how it used to be.

i have gotten my info from their own tweets, posts, and other comments.

We’ll if you want to delve into the realm of hearsay, I can “report” the people I encounter as the most upset about this election is the Romney supporters.  My hearsay says they are far more likely to respond with violence to a loss than a bunch of “liberals” supporting Obama.  So who’s “news” is correct?   huh huh huh

BB, I think you well know the rioters will be neither the conservatives nor the liberals, but will be 99% the unmentionables, those who cannot be spoken negative about because it might ""OFFEND"" them. And it will only be if Romney wins.

Have you not seen the ads put out by Michael Moore where the 90 year old woman threatens to "burn that MFer down" if Romney "steals" the election?Huh  Not to mention the threats from the Panthers?

does not translate into riots.  never has.  on the other hand, it has often caused riots among the leftists.

Obama isn't close to being done yet, I'm afraid. "U N" ban on the civilian population from having firearms, another way to bypass congress.  And getting congress to ban assult weapons again.  May jack up the price of ammo also.  Maybe I'm mistaken, I hope.  I have a drum of fuel for the tractor, my bees, and a country boy can survive.

While Wall Street careens downhill has anyone noted the price movement of Smith & Wesson stock?  Check it out.
