Make sure your bees have enough honey in storage for winter.   If not feed them some sugar syrup.

But he should feed dates to bees. Dates are 80% sugar.

In Alger temp is 23C. Not yet cold

see weather forecast for part of Algeria  its -1C there  Algeria could well have temperature range +23c to -1C

I don't think the op told us where he's located or what the problem is, but we sure can tell its coming into winter by the number of post it has generated  grin
