This is a wonderful way to prepare a goose or a couple ducks.  I am not a breast ripper and use the whole goose and this makes it delicious.  Many other good wildgame recipes but this is my favorite.

Thats sounds good, going to have to try it, do you use the cranberry sauce in your?
