Curious feeding question

I am feeding bees with a frame feeder.  I have two deeps that make up the hive. In Michigan currently we are experiencing semi warm days and cold nights(low 40s). I have the feeder position in the lower deep. I was wondering if this is the correct deep where a frame feeder should be compared to the top deep.  Thanks as always.

Which box are they raising brood ? Put the feeder above the brood and it will stay warm for them to take it.

Brood is in the bottom except two frames. So I can move them down and put the feeders up.  I just had the thinking of putting the feeders on the same level as the brood due to cluster at night would be near the feeders. I am not arguing or disagreeing I was just stating my logistics to my thought.  I really appreciate your advise. Keeping the feeders above the brood keeps the feeders warm, but in turn does that temperature keep the feed in a certain state correct?

You should put it in the top so as to cause the least disturbance when filling.   I would buy or build a hive top feeder.   It holds more (a couple of gallons) and you dont have to completely open to feed them

come on. Get at once a feeder box.  2-brood hive  needs about 20-25 litres syrup.
It depends  how much you have left honey.

Feed at first 15 litres and after a week next dosage.

I have 8 litre plastic feeder boxes. They are good. It is a minimum.hive eates that box in one day.

Slow feeding starts brooding again, and that is  not good idea.
Winter feeding must be fast, inside one week.
