«

Is the pollen brushed off the bees (ie it just loses some of its pollen) or is its pollen basket ripped off ? Thanks.

It only removes the pollen but also damages the bees wings. First time a bee goes thru a pollen trap it looses some of the pollen , the next time the bee doesn't bring as much, also the next time, then forgets and brings a large amt. Continuous cycle , but damages the wings... Like queen excluders.
