I have been boring all my friends and family with the bickering beekeepers for so long they have come to have a fondness for you, so lots of prayers going up around here! He's a tough guy so I have faith he will pull through. Keep us informed JP.

Folks, I was able to visit with my buddy this evening for about ten minutes. He's been through quite an ordeal but should make a full recovery.

After a year of watching the 2 of you working/arguing together, I feel like you are part of the family. Glad to hear your buddy is in stable condition. My thoughts and prayers are with him, his family and the police. I pray they catch the cowards that did this to your friend before you and Schawee find em  . You will have to take Schawee out for a milkshake or 2 when he is released from the hospital. Best wishes to you and your friend. |

I just jumped out of my skin reading this since I haven't been on line for a while and missed this post. I am so shocked and upset about this.
Poor Schawee and such a nice guy. Horrible people for doing this sort of thing. I pray with all my heart that he gets stronger every day.

Was able to visit with Schawee this evening. He is doing much better. Still very sore but looking and acting much more like the Schawee we all know and love. He said to be sure and thank all of you for your prayers and support. I tell you, my buddy is one tough guy to come out of what he's been through.
