Is it all right to put honey in a stainless steel container?

I had to find a pourer to put the table honey in after my plastic syrup container broke.
I'm assuming honey won't react with stainless steel?

Stainless is just about as non-reactive as materials come. It's perfectly safe for honey or almost anything else.

Yes, would have to agree with Nyleve, Stainless Steel can be used for most anything.

Thanks folks. It's actually a 500ml cocktail mixing bottle. You can remove the neck part which will make it easy to refill, and it looks ant-proof.
