And hats off to her. She understands the US Constitution and knows that the only powers the Fed should have is that granted by the states and the citizens. Every governor in the country should stand up and assume the powers they have allowed the federal government to usurp.

They were legally allowed to enforce federal immigration if the feds failed to do so. But judicial activism prevailed once again.If we can get a Congress with the guts,activist judges can be impeached from the bench for just such a thing.It would only have to be done once to wake the others up that they are to interpret law,not mandate it.
Obama may open the flood gates of illegals by executive order,but I think the border states are fed up with it.
