We have a horizontal hive body that needed some tweaking because the bees didn't want to use all of it. This is how we did it.

Why is the 'bottom support' necessary ? The frames look to be normal sized, just more of them than a 'regular' hive
There is no need for support at the bottom in a 10-frame width, why in a 'x' frame wide hive ?
