Found at a local Grocery Store. 
Ing: Corn syrup, Honey.

it does say blend.  kind of like that KFC stuff you get for your biscuits.

Usually they list the ingredient that is dominant in the product first  Lips Sealed

Corn syrup and honey , must mean that there is more than 50% corn syrup in this product  Lips Sealed

Having % of ingredients would be helpful to everyone.  Could be 90% corn syrup and 10% honey.
