Hello from eastern Kentucky

Hello All, I began researching in September, ordered four packages in December and at this point have captured a ferrel swarm, performed a cut-out and split my way to 10 booming hives. All my bees are small cell or ferrel stock and will be soft treated with essential oils only. Really enjoying this and hope to keep growing.

Welcome to the forum,d. If you have any questions just ask, someone can usually answer it. Good luck with your bees.

Welcome Dwayne. I am new to this blog myself. What part of Kentucky? My dad lives in Berea and works at EKU. Keep trying to get him into beekeeping but so far not biting. LOL
Have a good one,

I am just a few miles from tornado ravaged town of West Liberty. About an hour and a half east of Berea.
