Just came in to four established hives with no experience at all.  Doing alot of reading.  All seems good so far.

Welcome to the forum.  Check to see if there are any local bee clubs near you, or local beek.  You can also see videos here and on You Tube.  If you have any questions just ask someone here can usually answer it.  Good luck with your bees.
