Thanks for the info!!!    :P
Everyone said it couldn't be done. But he with a chuckle replied, "I won't be one to say it is so, until I give it a try."  So he buckled right in with a trace of a grin.  If he had a worry he hid it and he started to sing as he tackled that thing that couldn't be done, and he did it.  (unknown)

It is sad when you need a Matrix style cheat-sheet JUST to find a human at any banking or customer based institution. I'll say though, I put MUCH MORE FAITH in computers when they offer the "Options" that allow me to complete the process I called about. Humans (generally) are there to fix OTHER HUMAN'S screw-ups, which is something FEW computers can do.

Thanks for the list, I do find that hitting the ZERO button often gets "Human Help" but THAT short-cut has been found out by too many people now and services have done away with that helpful short-cut.

My favorite line from a TV Show (I think King of Queens) was when the husband was on the phone and the recorded voice said "If you would like to push FIVE... push THREE now!"

and of course the classic Married with children episode where Al zigged and zagged through an automated phone system and final heard "If you have over 1 million miles on your car and needed assistance, please push ONE." He did so and the reply was "Please hold Mr. Bundy, we will be with you as soon as possible!"

I have a lot of faith in Online Banking, I'd rather sit in front of a computer any-day over surfing through an automated phone system - that's for sure.
