We just got my two nucs about a month ago, and we're really enjoying watching and learning from them. I have already had to add a second deep to each hive as they are doing really well.
First year, first try at beekeeping. Learning lots.

Welcome to the forum, Elaine. There are lots of threads here to read and pick up things from. You may want to check into if there is a local bee club, and you can see a lot on you tube also. If you have any questions usually someone can answer it. Good luck with your bees.
