About a 2 week old colony we cut out today. was a real pain. the comb went down between the brick and the inner wall. Finally got the queen with the beevac. she had retreated down inside the wall

Nice pics and I got two swarms this week that drawn five cones in one weeks time and both were external hives. One in a friends palm tree 15 ft up and the other was under a sill of an old house. Both are real nice bees and are busy already in their new homes.

More to be desired are they than gold, yea ,than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.

So how did you get the comb out on the other side of the band board?
