Getting a little bit of a late start, getting my bees in a few weeks. Going with 8 frames all medium setup. Read all the info I could and know at least one friend who has bees if I need hands on. Looking forward to learning and enjoy my bees for years to come. It's not about the honey it's about learning and doing myself that draws me. I've also started raising chickens this year. Hope to talk to you guys soon

Welcome to the forum. There is plenty here to read and learn from and if you have a question just ask, someone can answer it. Good luck with your hobbies.

Welcome to the forum! I started with bees for the same reason you did. I can't believe how much I've learned already - including a lot of stuff NOT to do.

We have bees and chickens too! I would like to get goats but we can't have them where we are. It has been a learning experience for us too. We love it and our three children love it too!
