Queen cells in my swarm trap

Hi,
did a cutout of one of my trapped swarms today and found a couple capped queen cells on two of the combs.
since I have thoroughly stressed out the bees, should i just leave them alone so the new virgin queens can do their thing, or should i take one out and try to save the queen by making a split from one of my other hives.
here in JA, we have about a month left of the real nectar flow.
