Id like to know what is the best time of the day to move bees from anuc to a super thanks

I would just do it early enough to let them get settled good before dark. Other than that just get er done.

Any time that you have time is the best time. Most of the foragers will be out in the day so there are less bees to worry about. Just keep the new box in the old location.
