Getting back into the Hobby
«

Just found this forum getting back into bee keeping after about 10 years. Got the merit badge in scouts (last scout in the nation to get it when they discontinued it) and had 5 hives for several years then one spring all the bees were gone and I couldn't afford to do any thing about it.
But now years later I finally bought my own place and just started 3 hives back up and convinced my dad and brother to each start a couple too.

Welcome back. Sorry for your distinction as the last scout to get the merit badge. My son is a scout and hopes they'll bring it back. We'll see.
This is a great group of people. I think you'll like it here.
